Yes — cash on delivery is available on every order across Pakistan, with no extra charge. You pay the courier when the parcel reaches you. For orders above $180 we call first and ask for a small advance to confirm the booking.

Cash on delivery is not offered outside Pakistan; international orders are paid by bank transfer before dispatch.

Two at the moment: cash on delivery inside Pakistan, and direct bank transfer anywhere we ship. Bank details are sent with your order confirmation. Card payment is not switched on yet, so please do not wait for a card option at checkout.

Orders are dispatched within one working day of being confirmed. Delivery inside Pakistan then takes 2 to 5 working days depending on your address. International orders take longer and can be held by customs. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is booked with the courier.

Inside Pakistan, orders over $50 ship free. Below that it is a flat $5, however many items you order. International delivery is a flat $15 with no free threshold. Any customs duty on an international parcel is payable by you on arrival.

Every product we list is sourced from an authorised distributor or from the brand directly. Electronics carry the manufacturer warranty where it applies, and we handle warranty claims on your behalf rather than sending you to the service centre.

You can cancel free of charge at any point before the parcel is handed to the courier — message us with your order number. After delivery you have 7 days to return any unused item in its original packaging for a full refund or an exchange. If it arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, we cover the return shipping and replace it at our cost.
