AFFANECOM started with a simple frustration. Buying online too often meant guessing whether a product was original, whether it would arrive, and whether anyone would answer if something went wrong.
From one category to twelve departments
We opened with a single shelf of consumer electronics and one phone number. The plan was modest: sell headphones and power banks we had personally tested, and answer every message the same day.
Customers kept asking whether we could source other things. Kitchen appliances. A jacket for the cold months. Skincare that was actually sealed. So we expanded, but slowly, and only into categories where we could verify the supply chain ourselves.
Today AFFANECOM covers twelve departments. The support line is still the same one, and we still answer it.

How a product earns a place on this site
We do not list everything a supplier offers us. Each product goes through the same four checks before it appears in the catalogue.

We only buy from authorised distributors or the brand directly, and we keep the paperwork. If a supplier cannot show us the chain, we walk away.
Physical testing
Someone on the team uses the product for at least a week. Battery claims get tested against a clock, not a spec sheet.
Honest listing
Descriptions are written after testing, including the drawbacks. If the manual is thin or the colour differs from the photos, we say so.
Ongoing review
If return rates climb or reviews flag a recurring fault, the product comes down, even if it sells well.
